Christmas has way of reminding you of things like continuity … maybe because it is a fixed point that makes you reflect on Christmases past and present while allowing you a brief glimpse into the future. For example, the shot below of our grand children, nieces and nephews reminds us of a similar scene almost 30 years ago when we gathered six of our own for a Christmas photo at grandma’s and granpop’s home on Cattell Avenue in Collingswood, a home soon to be swept away to make room for a hole in the ground to retain storm water overflow (more on that later).
